Shipping

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, all items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped, generally our products take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please note, regional and rural destinations may take longer.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the contiguous USA! For Alaska and Hawaii, we provide low-rate shipping options.Β  We also offer low rate international shipping fees to Canada & Mexico. Please allow extra time for international customs clearance. We are pleased to cover all duties and taxes for orders destined to Canada and Mexico.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we sure do! We ship to Canada and Mexico with low rates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We are pleased to cover all duties and taxes for orders destined to Canada and Mexico.

How do you ship?

We use UPS & FedEx to ship all of our orders.

How do I track my order?

During checkout, you will have the option to opt-in to tracking text alerts. A tracking number will also be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Where are you shipping from?

We ship from our warehouse in Arizona, USA.

What if my delivery goes missing?

Wagzz will not be responsible for any missing packages, provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All of our deliveries are carried out with a proof of delivery photo. If you believe your Wagzz Bed has been delivered to the incorrect address, please get in touch with our friendly team, and we will help you right away.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an item?

If you have received your Wagzz Bed and have not yet opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return or an exchange for a different size. To qualify for a return or exchange, the Wagzz Bed must remain unopened and in its original vacuum seal. Additionally, covers, waterproof lining kits, blankets and all other accessories must be unused and in brand-new condition.

To initiate a return, please request it within 14 days of delivery. If you meet these conditions and wish to return your item(s), contact us at returns@wagzzpet.com for return instructions.

Please note that shipping the item back to our Wagzz warehouse will be at the customer’s expense. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item is unused and in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer to set up an exchange instead, let us know at returns@wagzzpet.com.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see your approved refund after this period, please contact us.

Can I return once opened?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal on the bed has been opened, as it cannot be repackaged once expanded. If you have any concerns about the size of your bed upon delivery, please do not open the vacuum seal and reach out to our team at returns@wagzzpet.com. We can assist with arranging a return or exchange as long as the bed remains vacuum sealed.

Can I retroactively apply a discount to my order after purchase?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply any discounts or sales to orders that were made before the start of the promotion

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Wagzz provides a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a 10-year warranty against sagging of the memory foam.

This limited warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials. Please note that Wagzz is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at returns@wagzzpet.com and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
  • Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.
  • Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels or retail environments.
  • Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Wagzz Bed. Covers designed for our beds may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.

How do I submit a claim?

Sorry to hear! Please contact our customer service team on returns@wagzzpet.com with photos of your concern along with your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible with directions on the next steps. All our products come with a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects, so if it is a manufacturing defect, we will organise a replacement item for you right away.

Care & Washing

How do I wash the Wagzz Bed?

We designed the Wagzz Bed with practicality in mind. Let's face it, hygiene is not high on our dog’s list of priorities, so we created a bed that is easy to wash. There is no need to wash the whole bed, simply zip off the cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. The inner foam is protected with a lining, so there is no need to wash it. Washing the memory foam pieces will damage them. All covers should be hung to dry inside out and in the shade. You can also spot clean stains off the cover if you are not ready to commit to washing it. Only reassemble your bed once all covers are fully dry.

Can the memory foam be washed?

No, we strongly advise against washing the memory foam. Simply machine wash the Wagzz Bed Cover and wipe down the inner linings with a wet cloth and mild detergent. If you have the Waterproof Lining Kit and you wish to wash it, simply wash on cold and hang to dry.

Can the Wagzz Bed be vacuumed?

Yes, absolutely!

Can I bleach the cover?

No. Please only wash your Barney Bed Cover on a gentle machine wash with mild detergent and hang to dry.

Can I tumble dry the cover?

No. Please only hang to dry inside out and in the shade. A lot of our covers dry super quickly in just a few hours!

What happens if my dog eats part of the bed?

We conscientiously designed our Barney Bed with completely innocuous materials to keep your dogs safe. Although our foam passes safety tests and is CertiPUR-US Certified, it is not intended to be eaten. We have never heard of any of our customers dogs ingesting any part of the bed. Please contact your vet if you suspect your dog has ingested any of the foam. The foam may cause intestinal blockages, which could be harmful to your dog.

Is Wagzz Bed an American company?

Yes! The Wagzz Bed was originally designed and developed in America.

The logistics of shipping heavy items makes it impractical to ship to countries without a Wagzz Bed warehouse nearby. This is why we have been dedicated to securing our own warehouse for the United States.Β  This allows us to offer free shipping to mainland USA, and low rates to Canada and Mexico.Β

Where do you make your products?

We take pride in manufacturing our beds in our own facility in China, despite concerns some people have about goods made in the country. We understand that China has a reputation for unethical supply chains, but we want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously. Our facility upholds strict ethical standards, including paying above fair wages to employees and complying with Oeko-Tex regulations.

As a company with years of experience in the pet bed industry, we are not simply mass producers or drop shippers. We have personally designed each and every one of our products from scratch, and we see them through every step of the manufacturing process. We are dedicated to producing high-quality products that will have a long lifespan, so our customers can trust in their purchase.

While we understand the desire for local manufacturing, we have found that this doesn't necessarily equate to better quality. Instead, it will always lead to a significant increase in price, sometimes up to 5 times higher. We believe in offering affordable, high-quality products, and we are committed to continuing to provide our customers with the best possible options.

We are committed to giving back to our community by donating $5 for every item sold to local no-kill shelters in Arizona. Our goal is to support the well-being of animals in need and promote adoption.
